Tasting notes
Obtained with “Coda di Volpe” grapes after long stay on the lees, it shows an intense straw yellow color and a fine and continuous perlage. Aromas of yellow flowers, thyme and chamomile are integrated with apple and bread crust, offering amplitude and complexity to the nose. The taste is harmonious and elegant with rare taste-olfactory consistency.
